Gratitude is not just a feeling that happens sometimes, you can increase how often you feel it. Research has shown that people with high levels of gratitude experience a whole bunch of benefits. This course is designed to give participants the tools to develop their gratitude practice

  • Develop an understanding of gratitude and its transformative effect in our lives.
  • Identify the connection between gratitude, happiness, and the maintenance of positive mental health.
  • Foster gratitude through gratitude exercises.
