Student voice is paramount to the success of schools.

This workshop explores the various ways to introduce and establish student voice in school culture and to explore the rewards of this process.

Facilitator: Claire Kilroy

Bio: Claire Kilroy is currently Deputy Principal in Coláiste Bhaile Chláir, Claregalway Co Galway. Originally Claire trained as a Home Economics and Biology Teacher in St Angelas but has since completed a Postgraduate Diploma in School Leadership, a Diploma in Events Management and Public Relations and a Masters in Education with NUIG. Claire has a love for all things education and has a keen interest in leadership in areas of student voice, teacher peer observation & collaborative practices, teaching & learning and school culture.
